From Law to Logic

I spent seven years in the legal field, analysing complex problems and delivering the right outcomes. Now I build for the web. Same precision, different tools.

About me

I'm Carlos, a London-based frontend developer coming from an unusual direction.

I spent seven years in the legal field. I managed high-stakes cases end-to-end, extracted clarity from incomplete information, designed strategies under pressure, and drove them to resolution.

That kind of work teaches you something most developers don't get from tutorials. How to identify a problem precisely, break it down, and keep pushing until it's actually solved.

Those habits don't stay in one field.

I made the move into tech through a structured mentorship programme, building real projects rather than following tutorials. This site is one of them. I currently work part-time as a junior web developer while building towards a full-time frontend role.

I'm looking for a frontend developer role where I can bring both the technical skills I'm building and the professional habits I've spent years developing.

Based in London. Open to opportunities.
